Bangladesh on high alert ahead of Durga Puja

Bangladesh authorities have assured increased security measures for the upcoming Durga Puja festival, scheduled from October 9 to 13. With celebrations set in 32,666 pavilions, police will implement three-level security and enhanced cyber monitoring to prevent violence targeting minority Hindu communities. Police and volunteers will ensure round-the-clock safety at puja mandaps.
