Bangladesh: Hindu trader hacked to death in Mymensingh

A 62-year-old Hindu trader was brutally murdered inside his shop in Mymensingh, Bangladesh. Unidentified assailants hacked Susen Chandra Sarkar to death and stole money from his business. This incident marks the latest violence targeting the minority community. Communal violence is reportedly increasing as general elections approach. The Hindu population constitutes nearly 8 percent of Bangladesh's total population.
