Two days after the contentious derby match between Atlético Madrid and local rivals Real Madrid, Atlético announced defender Robin Le Normand suffered a ‘traumatic brain injury’ when he collided with Madrid midfielder Aurélien Tchouaméni late in Sunday’s 1-1 draw.
