Aster’s Gulf unit eyes $250 million health-care deals for Saudi expansion
Aster DM Healthcare Ltd.s Gulf entity plans to acquire assets worth up to $250 million to expand in Saudi Arabia. The company aims to have over 1,000 hospital beds, 180 pharmacies, and more than two dozen medical centers in the next three to five years. A public listing is also being considered.
