Assam’s first underwater tunnel: CM Himanta Biswa Sarma says DPR nears completion

Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma announced that the Detailed Project Report (DPR) for the Gohpur-Numaligarh tunnel project is almost complete. This will be Assam's first underwater tunnel and will cost Rs 6000 crores. Sarma and Union Minister Nitin Gadkari also discussed various road projects in Assam to improve infrastructure.
