Army foils infiltration bid in Jammu and Kashmir's Uri; soldier killed
An infiltration attempt along the Line of Control in the Uri sector of Jammu and Kashmir was thwarted by the Army on Wednesday, resulting in an exchange of fire. Tragically, one soldier lost his life during the operation in the Churunda area of Uri, located in the Baramulla district of north Kashmir.
