Apple gets local content certificates in Indonesia, still needs more permits

Indonesia has granted local content certificates for 20 Apple products, including the iPhone 16, after Apple invested over $300 million in the country. However, Apple still requires permits from the communications and trade ministries before proceeding with sales. Last year, iPhone 16 sales were banned due to non-compliance with local components requirements.
