Andersen sues ATS over bungled project at Iowa window plant
The Minnesota-based window maker said in a lawsuit it has lost millions because ATS failed to complete a renovation that would automate a new factory line at its Dubuque, Iowa, plant. Because of the delays, Andersen has been unable to launch a new premium line of windows, the lawsuit says.
