Airport violation: Supreme Court rejects Jharkhand's plea challenging HC order quashing FIR against BJP MPs

The Supreme Court dismissed Jharkhand's plea against the high court order quashing an FIR against BJP MPs Nishikant Dubey and Manoj Tiwari. They were accused of forcing air traffic control to permit their aircraft to take off after sunset at Deoghar airport in 2022. The state has been allowed to forward investigation materials to the DGCA for further action.
