Ahmedabad recommended as host city for 2030 Commonwealth Games by sports executive board

Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India has been recommended to host the 2030 Commonwealth Games. This event will mark the centenary of the Games. The recommendation now goes to the full Commonwealth Sport membership. A final decision will be made in Glasgow on November 26, 2025. If approved, Ahmedabad will bring the Commonwealth Games to India for the second time.
