AgustaWestland: Six years on, British national Christian Michel James to walk out of prison after Delhi HC grants bail

Christian Michel James, implicated in the AgustaWestland money laundering case, received bail from the Delhi High Court after over six years in custody without trial commencement. The court ruled that indefinite detention infringes his right to a speedy trial. Terms include a bond and the surrendering of his passport. He was extradited from Dubai in 2018.
