Aggregators told to register gig workers on e-shram portal within three months

The Centre will establish a committee to address issues faced by gig and platform workers and create a social security framework. Labour Minister Mansukh Mandaviya has directed aggregators to register all workers on the e-Shram Portal within three months to extend benefits under government initiatives.
