After historic 100th launch, ISRO’s NVS-02 satellite encounters orbit-raising hurdle

Indias space agency, ISRO, has confirmed a critical technical issue with its NVS-02 navigation satellite, launched on 29 January aboard the GSLV-F15 rocket. A malfunctioning valve has prevented the satellites thrusters from firing, halting its orbit-raising manoeuvres. While the satellite remains operational and communication with ground control is intact, it has been unable to reach its designated orbit.
