Afghanistan will not give Bagram base to any foreign force: FM Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqi

Afghanistan's Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi has stated that no foreign military presence will be allowed at Bagram base. He emphasized Afghanistan's sovereignty and commitment to not allowing its territory to be used against others. India has offered goodwill gestures, including ambulances, and will upgrade its Kabul mission to an embassy.
