Afghanistan assures Delhi not to allow its soil to be used for anti-India activities

Afghanistan has assured India that it will not allow its territory to be used for activities against India. Taliban's acting defence minister, Mohammad Yaqub Mujahid, conveyed this assurance during a meeting with a senior Indian diplomat in Kabul. The Taliban regime has banned poppy cultivation and is committed to combating Daesh in the Afghan-Pak region.
