AAP moves SC against Municipal Corporation of Delhi's recent standing committee election

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has approached the Supreme Court to challenge the election of a member of the MCD's standing committee. The BJP won the seat unopposed as AAP councillors abstained from voting. Delhi Chief Minister Atishi accused the BJP of undemocratic practices and announced plans to contest the election's legality.
