‘A family is torn apart’: Three children killed after vehicle struck by allegedly impaired driver on Highway 401 near Etobicoke
A mother and four children were stopped at a red light when their vehicle was hit, police said. A 19-year-old man was arrested at the scene near Renforth Drive and Highway 401.
