A 'Board of Peace,' to do what?

EDITORIAL. Donald Trump has scaled up his ambitions for the committee that was initially designed to oversee the reconstruction of Gaza. Yet a 'Board of Peace' organized around Trump, a man who said his only limit is his 'own morality,' seems, at this stage, to be the worst possible alternative to the United Nations.
