A 32-year-old man charged in the Pulwama terror attack on a CRPF convoy has died of a heart attack in Jammu. Bilal Ahmad Kuchey was among 19 people charged in the case. The attack, which occurred on February 14, 2019, killed 40 CRPF personnel and injured eight others.
