2 more held on charges of instigating Odisha college student to commit self-immolation

Odisha police have arrested two men, Jyoti Prakash Biswal and Subhra Sambait Nayak, for allegedly instigating a college student to commit self-immolation in Balasore. The victim, a 20-year-old student, took the extreme step after her sexual harassment complaint was allegedly not validated by the college's internal enquiry committee.
