2 midcap PSU banks to watch out for in 2026 and beyond

Indian Overseas Bank and Bank of Maharashtra reported December 2025 quarter results, and they highlighted strong growth in retail loans. The above strategy helped the two smaller PSU banks to better deal with the pressure on net interest margins (NIM). And investor are monitoring whether this could be the strategy for large banks too, which will shortly report their December 2025 quarter results.
