16-nation delegation tours Chinese civilization roots in Liaoning
Diplomats from 16 countries, including North Korea, Ecuador, Pakistan, Laos, and Venezuela, are participating in a tour of Liaoning province this week as part of a cultural exchange program. The tour began on Tuesday and runs through Saturday.
