Will China arm its newest manmade island?

China has reclaimed at least 15 square kilometers of new land at Antelope Reef in the South China Sea since last December, according to a security research organization. It is believed to be Beijing’s first major land reclamation project in the hotly disputed waters in years after a controversial building boom nearly a decade ago.
