As the war in Iran rages on, fears are growing of a third World War. Marko Mihkelson, the chair of Estonia’s foreign affairs committee, described the current situation as “the waiting room of World War Three”, while Nato officials told The i Paper that conflicts around the world were increasingly interconnected.
