Dauphin County man charged with raping York County teen multiple times in 1998

York County Regional Police have charged a 51-year-old Dauphin County man with raping a woman multiple times in 1998, when she was 15 years old. Ronald Howard Wettstein, of Middletown, was charged on March 31 after an investigation launched on Jan. 10, when the victim came forward and contacted authorities, according to charging documents. The victim said she had gotten back in touch with Wettstein, and he allegedly acknowledged the offense via text message.
