Benin elects presidential favorite Romuald Wadagni
Finance Minister Romuald Wadagni swept to victory in the country's polls on Monday, securing 94 % of votes, according to provisional results. Opposition candidate Paul Hounkpe conceded defeat even as votes were still being counted.
