YouTuber Dhruv Rathee released late night after detention in Gurugram ahead of CJP protest
YouTuber Dhruv Rathee was apprehended by Delhi Police at his residence right before a planned rally organized by the Cockroach Janta Party to protest alleged electoral malpractices. The police cited security issues when refusing permission for the demonstration, resulting in about 150 protesters being detained. Additionally, the New Delhi Traders Association decided to close the Connaught Place market as a precaution.
