(Picture: Facebook) Detectives are investigating a suspected murder-suicide amid claims a tree surgeon killed his wife before himself. Stacy Mair, 35, and her husband Jim were found dead in their remote cottage on the outskirts of Renfrewshire, Scotland. Police are treating both their deaths as unexplained as a post-mortem takes place. The couple, who were married in 2019, both worked for TRS Tree Surgery, based in Glasgow. Their home was surrounded by detectives and officers carrying out forensic examinations. They closed off all the surrounding roads. A Police Scotland spokesperson said: ‘An investigation is ongoing into the deaths of a 35-year-old woman and a 43-year-old man in the Houston area.
