UP records highest-ever power supply at 31,804 MW: Energy Minister AK Sharma
Uttar Pradesh has set a new record for electricity supply. Energy Minister AK Sharma announced peak demand reached 31,804 MW on Sunday night. This figure is claimed to be the highest in the state's and the country's history. Urban areas are receiving up to 24 hours of uninterrupted power, while rural areas get around 22 to 22.5 hours daily.
