The Oklahoma City Thunder already have one of the NBA’s deepest young rosters. Apparently, rival executives still expect them to be aggressive. According to Jake Fischer of The Stein Line, league personnel continue pointing to Oklahoma City as one of the strongest candidates to trade up in next month’s draft.
