Struggling Pizza Hut restaurant chain will be sold for $2.7 billion
Pizza Hut is set for a major change. Parent company Yum Brands is selling the restaurant chain for 2.7 billion dollars. Private equity firm LongRange Capital will acquire Pizza Hut outside mainland China. Yum China Holdings Inc. is purchasing the mainland China business. These deals are expected to finalize in the third quarter.
