Security attempt to block CNN filming US-sanctioned oil refinery
The day before US President Donald Trump departed for Beijing, Washington blacklisted a dozen people and entities they say are linked to the trade of oil from Iran to China. CNN’s Simone McCarthy traveled to one facility in China’s Hebei province, sanctioned last year for allegedly funding Tehran by quietly processing Iranian crude to fuel the world’s second largest economy.
