Amid allegations of donation embezzlement at Ayodhya's Ram temple, the Congress has demanded a Supreme Court-monitored probe and the dissolution of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust. The party accused the BJP-RSS of exploiting devotees' sentiments and looting funds, alleging that only low-level officials are being implicated. Eight individuals have been arrested following an FIR lodged based on a preliminary SIT report.
