Public banned from ‘A Capitol Fourth’ concert rehearsal over heat concerns
A decision will be made Friday morning about whether the “A Capitol Fourth Concert,” held on the West Lawn of the U.S Capitol, will take place as planned, according to a Capitol Police statement.
