Following the response to Bhay: The Gaurav Tiwari Mystery and Made in India: A Titan Story, the studio behind both projects has reiterated its exclusive trademark ownership of the word Meena Kumari for all cinematic and audio-visual purposes. The studio has stated that any feature film, web series, television production, documentary or any other audio-visual project using the name Meena Kumari by any individual, production house, studio, broadcaster or streaming platform, without its authorisation, would be considered unauthorised and may invite appropriate legal action.
