Sam Altman-led OpenAI is reportedly preparing to confidentially file draft papers for its IPO as early as Friday, according to CNBC, in what could become one of the biggest public listings ever. The ChatGPT-maker, valued at over $850 billion by private investors, is said to be working with Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley on the filing process, with a potential Nasdaq debut as early as September.
