One more body recovered from Wayanad landslide site; death toll rises to four
One more body was recovered from the Wayanad landslide site, bringing the total fatalities to four. Search operations will continue in zones one and two, focusing near the river. The landslide occurred on July 7 at the Anakkompoyil-Meppadi tunnel project site. Of the ten injured, three were discharged while seven remain hospitalized. Four persons are still reported missing following the disaster.
