Mizoram leads Northeast with digital Census 2027 rollout

Mizoram has begun the Census of India, 2027. Chief Minister Lalduhoma completed his self-enumeration digitally. This marks the northeast's first state to start census work. The process uses a new online portal. Citizens can also self-enumerate until April 15. This digital approach aims for accuracy and efficiency in data collection for the upcoming census.
