NEW DELHI: A man who dragged his neighbour's coconut tree through the panchayat, the revenue department, the local government ombudsman, and finally the Kerala high court has been told by the court to put down his legal weapons, sit down with his neighbour, and resolve the matter over a cup of tea or coffee.
