Juvenile cases can't block employment; livelihood cannot be denied over pending final reports: Allahabad High Court
The Allahabad High Court has held that a person cannot be denied public employment merely because criminal proceedings relating to offences committed during juvenility are pending against him. The Court further observed that even where a closure report (final report) has been filed by the police and is awaiting consideration before the trial court, such pendency by itself cannot become a ground to indefinitely withhold appointment.
