IPL: BCCI bans smart sunglasses in PMOA, warns of action in case of violation
The BCCI's Anti-Corruption Unit has banned smart sunglasses for players and officials in the ongoing IPL. These devices possess advanced communication features like live streaming and video calls. Possession and use within the Players and Match Officials Area are now strictly prohibited. Players must deposit these gadgets along with phones and smartwatches before entering the PMOA.
