After Deepika Padukone's exit from Sandeep Reddy Vanga's 'Spirit' and the sequel to 'Kalki 2898 AD', there's been a debate on the eight-hour shift. Reportedly, the actress no longer was a part of these movies because of some demands, one of them being an 8-hour shift.
