Himachal Pradesh clears Rs 1,500 aid for women in 4th year of power
Himachal Pradesh government approved a monthly cash transfer of ₹1,500 for eligible women. This fulfills a key Congress poll promise. Women aged 18 to 59 from families earning below ₹2 lakh annually will receive the benefit. Two lakh women are expected to benefit in the first phase.
