HC grants last opportunity to Arvind Kejriwal on ED’s expunction plea
The Delhi High Court has given a final chance to Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia, and others to reply to the Enforcement Directorate's request. The ED wants the court to remove critical remarks made by a trial court judge. These remarks were made when the judge discharged the individuals in the liquor policy case.
