Gujarat rolls out school buses for children of salt workers
Gujarat has launched 28 'Rannshala' buses, transforming them into mobile classrooms for children of salt pan workers in the Little Rann of Kutch. These specially equipped buses, featuring smart TVs, solar power, and learning aids, will reach Agariya families who migrate seasonally. This initiative aims to provide education to children aged 6 to 14, bridging the gap for these nomadic communities.
