Govt to offload up to 2% stake in Coal India via OFS on May 27-29; floor price at Rs 412/share
The government will divest up to a 2% stake in Coal India through an offer for sale scheduled across May 27 and May 29. The OFS floor price has been fixed at Rs 412 per share, nearly 10% below Coal Indias Tuesday closing price on the NSE.
