Future Coupons to pay Rs 11 crore in Amazon settlement
Amazon and Future Coupons Pvt Ltd have settled their long-running dispute and agreed to withdraw all legal proceedings across forums following a March 13 agreement. Under the settlement, FCPL will pay over ₹11 crore, more than 10% of the ₹105 crore arbitration award, while also withdrawing its appeal against the Singapore arbitration ruling.
