First-ever life-size Vivekananda statue in US unveiled in Seattle

Seattle has a new Indian icon. The first life-size statue of Swami Vivekananda in the US was unveiled in downtown Seattle. This bronze monument honors the renowned Indian philosopher. The City of Seattle is the first government to host such a statue. It strengthens cultural ties between India and the US Pacific Northwest.
