Ebola outbreak is declared an emergency of 'international concern' as 80 die with hundreds more thought to be infected by virus that has already spread to new countries
The WHO said the outbreak does not meet the criteria of a pandemic emergency but that countries sharing land borders with the DRC are at high risk of further spread.
