Dollar Industries founder Dindayal Gupta dies at 88
Dindayal Gupta, the 88-year-old founder and chairman emeritus of Dollar Industries Limited, passed away on Saturday due to age-related ailments. He established the hosiery major in 1972, transforming it from humble beginnings into a leading apparel manufacturer with revenues exceeding Rs 1,700 crore. Gupta is survived by his wife, four sons, and grandchildren.
